1. What is the offer?
Get 5% cashback on State Bank Debit or Credit Cards on minimum purchase of ?5000 on mi.com and Mi Store. The maximum cashback permitted/allowed per account (including all add-on-card transactions in case of SBI Credit Cards) during the Offer Period is ?500/-. The offer is valid from 10 AM till 11.59 PM on 6 April’17.
2. How can I avail this offer?
There are no special steps to avail this offer. Just go through the normal purchase process and purchase using your SBI card!
3. When will I receive the cashback?
The cashback amount will be credited to your account within 90 days after purchase at the latest.
No, you do not need a promo code. Just use your State Bank Debit or Credit Card to place the order.
5. Can I avail the cashback on more than one purchase?
Yes. The cashback will be applicable to the total value of your order, which can include multiple items. It will also be applicable on multiple orders placed during the offer period. However, the maximum cashback per card account in total is ?500.
6. Can I avail the cashback on two different cards?
Yes. The cashback offer is applied on a per account basis, so if you have two cards of the same bank, you can avail the cashback offer for both cards. Maximum cashback per card account is ?500.
SBI CASHBACK TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This marketing program (“Program”) is from State Bank of India (“Bank”) and SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with M/s Xiaomi Communications and Logistics India Private Limited (referred to subsequently as Xiaomi); It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current State Bank Debit or SBI Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent by Bank/ SBICPSL and/or Xiaomi.
- The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 6-April-2017 (10:00 hrs) till 6-April 2017 (23:59 hrs), unless extended by Bank, SBICPSL and Xiaomi by mutual consent in writing
- All State Bank Debit Cardholders and all SBI Credit Cardholders excluding SBI Corporate Credit Card with no payment outstanding of more than 30 days and are covered under this Program
- State Bank Debit Cards refers to any Debit Card issued by:

- Under this Program, cardholder can avail 5% Cashback during the offer period on ALL transactions of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) or more made/effected using State Bank Debit or SBI Credit Card on Xiaomi website - www.mi.com; Mi Mobile App or Mobile Site
- Transaction size is the net paid value transacted through the Card after application of promo codes
- Maximum Cashback per Card account during the program period is Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only). The cashback amount will be credited to the eligible Cardholder’s primary account to which the State Bank Debit Card or the SBI Credit Card is linked by July 6, 2017
- For SBI Credit Card, the offer is also valid on EMI transactions. 14% Rate of interest applicable on monthly reducing balance for EMI transactions on SBI Credit Card
- Cashback is applicable over and above any promo code promotions running on the website
- Cashback will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer post refunds. Offer might not be applicable on select products as per the discretion of Xiaomi Offer is not applicable on card on delivery transactions
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The above Offer is by way of a special offer for State Bank Debit and SBI Credit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card agreement. The terms of the above program shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card agreement
- Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till the Offer Duration. Any issue with cashback posting will be entertained only till 06 August, 2017. Post such dates, Bank, SBICPSL & Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any persons.
- In case of cancellation of your order, transaction will not qualify for the Offer. If you cancel part of your order, you will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount you pay basis eligibility.
- Bank/SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Xiaomi
- All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders as part of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.

- Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
- This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
- Bank, SBICPSL and Xiaomi reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by Bank/SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai for Bank and New Delhi for SBICPSL and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Bank/SBICPSL.
