    PRELIMINARY

    • This Offer (defined below) is being run & sponsored by Participating Sellers “on www.flipkart.com”, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).

    • By participating in this Offer, the user (“Customer”, “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:

      • these terms and conditions (“T&C”);
      • the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, FAQs defined above and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform;
      • Terms and conditions of Seller.
    • By participating in this Offer , the user (“Customer” or “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”); the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy FAQs mentioned above and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.

    OFFER DETAILS

    • Offer is valid from 00:00 hours on 3rd May 2023 to 23:59 hours on 28th May, 2023 ("Offer Period").

    • To avail this Offer You must do/ fulfill the following:

      • Age must be 18 years or above;
      • Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same
      • Purchase of Eligible Product/s during the Offer Period and get Flat Rs.2,000 off (“Reward”). upon redeeming coupon on purchase of select Televisions (“Redemption Products”).
    • Coupon is valid until 28th May, 2023. (“Redemption Period”)
    • You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.
    • In case the order is canceled, Discount will not be reinstated.

    OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • This Offer is valid all across India.
    • The Offer is open to only end consumers and not the resellers of the products.
    • This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
    • Cancellation of individual items in an offer will cancel all other items this offer is applied on.
    • Returns/replacement is allowed as per the Returns Policy.
    • Replacement is allowed in case of damaged or defective items.
    • Rewards shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart and are not transferable.
    • Flipkart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer, at any time without any prior written notice.
    • Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
    • Sellers and Flipkart reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Contest/ Offer, at any time without any prior written notice.
    • Sellers reserve the right to determine the eligibility and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. The decision of Sellers in this regard shall be final.
    • The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Sellers and/or Flipkart.
    • Sellers and Flipkart shall not be responsible for any failure, loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
    • Pictures of Eligible Products shown in the communication sent either through mailers or displayed on the Platform, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual Eligible Products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
    • The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.
    • All decisions pertaining to this Offer are at the sole discretion of Flipkart.
    • Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
    • Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by sellers on the Platform and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of the sellers.
    • Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the Seller.
    • Flipkart shall not be responsible for the fulfillment of this Offer, which shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the respective Seller. Flipkart shall not entertain or be responsible for any queries/complaints regarding the fulfillment of Offer.
    • You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
    • Any queries regarding the Offer shall be entertained only till 15th June 2023. Post such date, Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
    • Further, as required by applicable law, if You make a purchase of an amount equal to or above INR 2,00,000.00 or such other amount as prescribed under applicable law during the Offer, You will be required to upload a scanned copy of Your PAN card on the Platform, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by You will be canceled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by You, it need not be submitted again. Your order will be canceled if there is a discrepancy between Your name and the name on the PAN Card.
    • This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
    • The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
    • This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
