This is good product, I've never used an epilator before it's pretty good I like to use the product a day or two after I have shaved so the hair is small and the process is less painful and also when in shower it won't hurt much , the first time I used it not gonna lie it did hurt , but correct measures need to be taken such as first taking a warm water bath , scrubbing the skin very lightly cleaning the skin and then using it, after epilating is done use some cooling aloe gel to close the p...

Fabulous!

Its a life changing product. I totaly fall in love with it. It is not give u silky smooth skin for 4 week on erly uses.. for that u wait n contineously use this epilator. But its fine because to use it is so simple n quick. The facial epilator comes with it is such a cherry on top.... It pluck so thin n tiny hair. The only problem with this epilator is that I cant resist the pain while using this on my bikiny line but I uses it for last 15 days hope i can handle the pain... Overall u must buy...

Good to have but cant always rely on

The product is satisfactory , but it takes alot of time. like 60-90 mins for hands. I have not experienced a very clear skin (like in waxing) in 1 go, i use it today and then wait for a day and 2 and then use it again - to get clear skin.
Additionally irrespective of this particular product - epilling on back of your arms is very difficulty.
Using it in Underarms is very aweful.
Face epilator battery works for may be 2-3 setting when sued on eyebrows and upperlips only.

Great product it gives very effective result i am using it from 6 month now and i am very happy with it, just one thing to consider that, u have to take care little bit more of face epilator I dropped it one or two times and it is making some noise now so i have get it fixed. But great product overall.

I have loved it since I bought. This is my first epilator and I am happy with the amount I have spent. Works well on the face also. The wet epilator is absolutely painless and the dry one is good too but on shorter length. Just follow the dos and donts of epilation like scrub well, hold your skin tight etc etc and you will see a painless experience. Also, regrowth is slower for me but this is an individual case.
